Returns: We accept returns of products in their original condition within maximum of 15 days of receipt. Please contact us for return instructions.
Refunds: Refunds will be processed within 45 days of receiving the returned product once we scrutinize it of any defects. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Return and Refund Policy

1. At A2Z Universals FZ LLC , we strive to provide our customers with high-quality products and services. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer returns and refunds in accordance with the terms outlined in this policy.

2. Returns

Eligibility for Returns: Products must be in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging to be eligible for a return. Certain items, such as perishable goods, customized products, and items marked as non-returnable, are not eligible for return.
Return Period: You have 5 days from the date of delivery to return eligible items for a refund or exchange.

3. Refunds
